2019-11-29: S699 is a very recurrent SNP which occurs across multiple haplogroups. I have included it here because I think it identifies a legitimate branch downstream of R-S764. This SNP has STR like properties so that parallel and back-mutations are a real concern. It's inclusion on the tree will have to be reviewed in the future.
